Here at SNAP, we love ourselves a good meal which is why have been spending so much time at Bistro Sofia. This new European style bistro is operating from the former Coffee Matters Too location on Water Street. The Bistro is serving up gourmet sandwiches, soups and salads made from scratch using the freshest ingredients. And don't forget about the desserts! The Bistro proudly displays its cakes from the window in front (you might mistake them fir art). Serving authentic European style pastries and croissants in addition to a variety of truffles, cakes and cookies, we can't get enough of Bistro Sofia!
